Position: HR/ADMIN ASSOCIATE

Knowledge/skills required:

  • At least one (1) year experience in Admin or HR functions. Although we would be considering fresh graduates.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to details
  • Can handle pressure

Job Responsibilities:

  • Collates staff daily time record and summarizes these DTRs for payroll and collection purposes.
  • Coordinates with HR on the recruitment requirements. Pre-evaluates and screens applicants based on specifications and on internal and client standards.
  • Performs employee relation activities.
  • Acquires/collates leave forms from all employees and endorses these forms for proper approval and recording.
  • Prepares forms as required within the company (e.g. request for billing, request for payment, admin requests), and monitors these requests for proper handling.
  • Liaises to field areas as a standard ER function.
  • Responsible for document safekeeping and recording.
  • Funnel updates
  • General administrative tasks.

Position: DESKTOP SUPPORT ENGINEER

Requirements:

  • Must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, Information Technology or related area.
  • At least two years experience working in the IT field. Experience in working in a manufacturing company is a plus.
  • MCP, MCDST or A+ Certification a plus but not required.
  • Working experience in implementing, designing and supporting Cisco Unified Communications Manager (Call Manager) in a global organization is a plus, but not required.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Networking environment.
  • Strong proficiency in network hardware and configuration.
  • Strong diagnostic capabilities and solid problem solving skills.
  • Possess strong customer orientation and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility and ability to multi-task.
  • Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills. Excellent oral and written English skills are required.
  • Willing to work in Sta. Rosa, Laguna or in Batangas area.

Responsibilities:

  • will be responsible for providing desktop and client services support for Asia Pacific region.
  • responsible for all client services site operations including scheduling, project planning and execution, resource management, metrics and reporting.
  • operates in a 24 x 7, shifting, multi-tiered environment.
  • Provides periodic weekends and after hour support as required.
  • First level onsite support for hardware incidents and requests.
  • First level onsite support for software incidents and requests.
  • Responsible for documenting performance of duties by way of request via request or incident ticketing.
  • Responsible for reporting performance metrics and other measurement methodologies in support of performance of duties.
  • Responsible for ticket management of both team and personal tickets assigned via the ticketing system.
  • Responsible for ensuring supported tasks are resolved and completed consistent with existing service level agreements.
  • Assist in setting up new network sites.

  • Can travel within Asia Pacific region as required.

Position: NETWORK OPERATIONS CENTER ENGINEER

Requirements:

  • College degree with related technology experience.
  • Minimum of one (1) year working experience in a service desk or NOC environment.
  • One year experience in networking, Cisco data and voice devices.
  • One year experience in Windows Server Administration
  • Experience in monitoring tools like HP Ovo, Nagios, Cacti, MRTG, etc.
  • Knowledge in Linux
  • Knowledge in Linux scripting.
  • Ability to work flexible shift schedules.
  • Ability to call support.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Monitor systems availability and performance
  • Respond to system outages and alarms
  • Manage incidents and escalate to level of support.
  • Assist helpdesk with advanced customer support issues/questions escalated from Level 1 support.
  • Provide troubleshooting for servers and network devices.
  • Respond to issues raised by business partners and service providers.
  • Process daily NOC tasks, functions and batch processing.
  • Perform and assist with network maintenance and testing.
  • Notify end users, affected partners and service providers of outages and/or maintenance schedules.
  • Commission or decommissioning of components.
  • Handle inbound customer calls and general inquiry.
  • Prepare reports.

Work Schedule: Shifting, 12 x 4 schedule per week.

Position: GLOBAL HELP DESK SUPPORT ENGINEER

Requirements:

  • Four year graduate of the following courses: Computer Engineering, Computer Science or Information Technology
  • Two (2) years or more experience in a client facing call center or support company, technical support environment or equivalent consulting experience.
  • Strong knowledge in installing, configuring and troubleshooting Microsoft Windows operating system.
  • Strong knowledge in networking concepts.
  • Strong knowledge in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong knowledge in laptop, desktop and printer troubleshooting.
  • Exceptional troubleshooting and problem solving skills, ability to isolate and resolve technical issues.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Customer oriented, organized and team player.
  • Highly analytical and fast learner, can easily adapt to a fast paced environment.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Provides accurate and efficient technical assitance 24 x 7 over the phone or via email.
  • Users technical expertise to provide accurate and efficient solutions to user problems in a timely manner.
  • Researches, resolves and responds to inquiries received via telephone and emails.
  • Skill in technical problem solving, software change management and assist system administrators and network administrators in troubleshooting and problem solving.
  • Provide customer service to end-users to assist and/or correct issues related to supported applications.
  • Has the ability to educate customer if there is a training issue and can create an online self help for user to be able to perform his/her tasks.
  • Work with other system administrators, network administrators or database administrators for any system or network related change or new implementation.
  • Meet individual SLA goals and contributes in achieving it daily.
  • Has the ability to analyze the trend analysis and recommends solutions.
  • Communicates effectively and efficiently in a fast paced team environment.
  • Perform post resolution and follow-ups for each tickets assigned to him/her.

Position: IT Project Manager

Job Description: Management of project timelines, on-time delivery of project activities, project work plan development and implementation, management of project’s technical issues and risks, submission of regular reports and updates and ensures submission of project documentation.

Significant Experience in the following areas:

  • IT mergers and acquisitions.
  • BSS Systems Migration

Background on the following:

  • Basic knowledge on applications, operating systems, databases, network and security.
  • Managed service process

Position: IT Integration Manager

Manages the scope, timeline, cost and resources for the cross program activities and tracks. Documentation of cross programs related activities, tools and updates. Drafts presentations and coordinates with other programs. Monitors the on-time delivery of activities specific to a particular work plan. Manages and coordinates resolution of technical issues and risks and provides regular project/portfolio status updates.

Work Schedule: Morning shift.

Position: Mid-level Project Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Handles discussion and activities for planning, execution, monitoring, control and closure of the project.
  • Manages the scope, timeline, costs and resources for the legacy system integration.
  • Process necessary paperworks and approvals related to the technical activities.
  • Monitors the on-time delivery of activities specific to a particular workplan.
  • Manages and coordinates resolution for technical issues and risks.
  • Handles the coordination with the technical team.
  • Provides regular project status updates.

Work Location: Makati City

POSITION: APPLICATION SUPPORT ENGINEER

Responsibilities:

  • monitors and conducts system health checks.
  • Acts as the level 2 production support of the system.
  • supports service level managers in providing technical assistance.
  • Serves as the system production contact person.
  • Provides regular updates on system performance.

POSITION: GIP SUPPORT DEVELOPER

Responsibilities:

  • Work directly with the GIP support manager, other members of the GIP support team and other teams within the company to ensure delivery of high quality solutions and support to the Global IP Practice Group, its clients and 3rd party agents.
  • Develop and in-dept knowledge of the Global IP application suite and how these applications are used by the business.
  • Perform development or modification of code for assigned tasks and projects.
  • Perform application support like bug fixes, problem analysis, small enhancements, generation of ad-hoc reports.
  • Perform UAT where required, integration testing of code to ensure accuracy of finished product.
  • Prepare deployment plans and perform actual deployment to staging and production servers during the defined maintenance windows.
  • Follow standard systems development process, using established coding and design standards and standard tools.
  • Report the status of the application support and development activities when required.
  • Analyse and review design specifications or project requirements from prepared by other team members.
  • Analyse data provided by new clients and process the import of such data into the existing systems.
  • Perform detailed system design for small developments or for major applications in which prior knowledge has been gained.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree graduate in Computer Science
  • At least two (2) years experience as a WEB DEVELOPER, using ASP.NET, C# or VB.NET
  • Experienced in interactive or transact MS SQL programming within MS SQL Server 2000/2005
  • Experience in Javascript and OOP.
  • Experience in the full systems development life cycle.
  • Familarity with the N-tier architecture.
  • Good communication skills.

POSITION: MANUFACTURING APPLICATIONS SUPPORT

An applications support analyst manages application support activities in the manufacturing area. The IT Application Support is responsible for the manufacturing applications change management such as the manufacturing execution system and oracle integration. 

Responsibilities:

  • manages one or more information system functions for the manufacturing area.
  • provides leadership for those involved in the development, design and optimization of technical information system platforms.
  • responsibilities include, but are not limited to analysis, selection and modification of enterprise systems, application software, installation of network hardware and software and database management.
  • provides overall leadership to the effort required to protect company’s data, tools and information systems.
  • ensures infrastructure architecture standards maximize efficiency and support platform compatibility.
  • provides subject matter knowledge to a user group for practical application of system characteristics. Coordinates delivery of services to user groups and ensures IT services are uninterrupted.
  • validation of escalated process-system issues and impact of containment fix and permanent resolution.
  • coordination of business user testing and code deployment
  • participates in the change review board to review and prioritize business requests, enhancements or new features.
  • participates in project gate review board as needed, depending of scope, duration and cost.
  • analyse existing processes and system related issues and their inter-dependencies.
  • recommend containment for critical mission areas and identify permanent actions for complete resolution.
  • drive supply chain improvement initiatives.
  • analyze data trends and improvements for oracle integration.
  • provide excellent communications specifically in regard to representing and justifying user requirements to technical team and business users.
  • drive and challenge business requirements on their assumptions of how they will successfully support business process.
  • collaborate with Oracle application developers and business users to establish the vision and analyze trade-offs between usability and performance needs.
  • develop requirement specifications, functional and technical specifications according to standard templates, using natural language.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in engineering, computer science or information technology.
  • With 3 to 5+ years of professional experience in supporting various applications (client-based, web-based, etc.)
  • Strong customer focused attitude with good communication skills.
  • Capable of successfully engaging customers in multiple initiatives.
  • Able to work independently with users to define concepts
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers and subject matter experts.
  • Strong SQL command usage
  • Proficient with MS SQL Management Studio, Oracle SQL Developer or similar tools to data-mine data and analyze it.
  • Background in MS-ASP and web scripting (VB or Javascript)
  • Experience in working with a multi-vendor and multi-location projects working as a consultant.
  • Experience working with multi cultural extended team with ability to influence team members to cross the finish line on time.
  • Familiarity with SSIS configuration and settings in MS-SQL
